How to Check USDC Arriving on Arbitrum
Check the destination network, transaction status, wallet address and USDC contract to confirm whether a transfer reached Arbitrum One or is still in transit.

To check USDC arriving on Arbitrum One, confirm the destination address, transaction status and which of the two USDC tokens you received. A transfer can be complete on the sending network while the funds are still moving between chains.
How do you check whether USDC arrived?
Open the transaction details in the wallet or service that sent the funds, then copy the transaction hash. Search that hash in the explorer for the source network to confirm the transaction succeeded and check the destination address against your Arbitrum wallet address.
For a direct transfer from another Arbitrum One wallet, the transaction should appear on Arbitrum One’s explorer. For a bridge transfer, first check the source transaction, then check the bridge’s transfer status: it may need to complete a separate step on the destination network. If it is pending, use the bridge’s status page or transaction details to see which step remains.
If you are comparing ways to make an initial crypto move, see QuickSwap route choices for a first crypto move. That explains route options; for this transfer, the key check is whether the destination was Arbitrum One and whether the final transaction completed.
Why are there two USDC tokens on Arbitrum One?
Arbitrum One supports Circle-issued USDC and USDC.e, the Ethereum version bridged to Arbitrum. They are separate tokens with separate contract addresses, so a wallet can show one while you expected the other.
To identify what arrived, open the token’s details and compare its contract address with the intended token’s address. Arbitrum lists native USDC as 0xaf88d065e77c8cC2239327C5EDb3A432268e5831 and bridged USDC.e as 0xff970a61a04b1ca14834a43f5de4533ebddb5cc8. A familiar symbol alone is not enough to confirm which token you hold.
What should you check if the balance is missing?
Check these three details before retrying a transfer:
- Network: Make sure your wallet is viewing Arbitrum One, not Ethereum, Arbitrum Nova or another network.
- Address: Compare the destination address in the transaction with the address you control. A successful transfer to a different address will not appear in your wallet.
- Token: Check the token’s contract address. If the wallet does not display it, view the address in the explorer or add the verified token to the wallet’s display.
Use the explorer reached from a trusted source, and do not share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone offering to “release” a pending transfer. If the source transaction failed, the transfer did not complete; if it succeeded but the bridge is pending, follow its status rather than sending again.
The useful signal is the destination transaction: once it is complete on Arbitrum One and the token address matches what you expected, check the receiving wallet’s balance again. If the bridge still shows a pending step, watch that status for its next update.
